If you have issues downloading from the Download Station via Content Manager, ensure that Content Manager and TADDaemon, are allowed through your firewall.
If this is a slow speed and 100MB cap on your data, ensure you have purchased and enabled a First Class Ticket. The FCT can be purchased via Simulator Central, and the ticket needs to be enabled in your user profile on My Trainz.
Keep in mind that if you are still on a poor network and or have a data bandwidth cap, your download speed will still be slow or poor.
