Using your surname in our store search, I found an order under username Birdz (which is attached to your yahoo email). I have transferred your access from Birdz to burdizdawurd1516, so simply try logging in again and all should be good.

I bought Trainz New Era a few days ago and I had the same problem. I went searching for answers and found some here. I checked everything and it's all correct. In the internet tab it shows my "Trainz Login succeeded, username and password are correct" but it kept giving me this same message. I was stumped! Until I remembered I'm using a VPN. It loads with Windows and I've been using it for so long I'd forgotten it was there. So I disconnected it and 'Voila' it worked. Later on I put these two addresses: https://wwww.auran.com and https://www.trainzportal.com - in the Exceptions List on the VPN and it still works and I can have VPN protection.
I hope this solves the problem for those like me who can't remember what they've got on their computer :)
