Issues with DLS, Content Manager, and iPortal will not work.
I asked this before but cannot find my question or an answer anywhere. Ever since day 1 of when I bought TS12 (about 2 years ago) I had issues with the game. The download station would not work. Every time I downloaded an asset it would say "Unknown Content Error." So my friends and I ran a few tests. I used their settings and we all downloaded the same piece of content at the same time and it just would not work. So eventually I decided "ok I will have them download it (whatever it was) send it via CDP." This worked well until I tried to download routes and even locos/rollingstock with LOTS of DLS dependencies. The other issue that I have encountered recently was with iPortal. I can send Trainz but cannot receive them. After buying a NEW COPY of TS12 and installing the lowest build and patching my way up, still nothing worked. I was wondering if there was perhaps an issue with my account that stopped me from downloading things from DLS or during iPortal sessions? Thanks, -Kenneth
